In summary the co-ordination and planning assistance I can provide is:
- Advice on one off issues or the entire process.
- Independent recommendations on the best suppliers suitable for you.
- Advice on theming and styling.
- Inspiration with little touches you may not have thought of.
- Help with wedding etiquette and hosting your special day, including help with children and other guests.
- Sensitive and discreet support during the preparation and behind the scenes on the day including the organisation and tidying up the day after.
- Advice and planning on how to avoid stress.
- Assistance in setting a realistic budget.
- Post wedding services such as organizing photo delivery, wedding albums, DVD’s, freeze dry and boxing of bouquets, return of any equipment etc.
I have planned many local weddings for couples based overseas. So if you are coming home from other cities or countries or just visiting I can help. The use of the internet is extremely effective and having a person like me on the ground locally is very helpful.
I am very happy to work alongside family or friends here who may also be helping you.

I can also undertake simple and elegant calligraphy of people’s names on your invitations or place cards etc. This can be costed out as a separate service.
Costs
I know how important it is when budgeting for your wedding to know what the costs of your suppliers are upfront without finding hidden costs being charged after your wedding day.
Given that each wedding is different I have found that it is difficult to provide rigid price packages without meeting and discussing the needs with each couple first.
This way a quote is tailor made to your requirements and you are not locked into paying for services that you do not need from me.
Therefore, I always suggest to a couple that we discuss their needs up front either over the phone, email or in person at my place or yours. I then provide a written quote of my costs.
I offer tailor made packages or an hourly rate to suit your needs and there are no hidden costs to you.
I do not accept any kickbacks or referral fees from any supplier and will only propose the very best supplier for you and will pass on the best prices and benefits to you.
